Crib sides use 34 long spindles (17 each side). Crib ends use 18 spindles (9 each side). Ends may use either long or short spindles, depending on design you choose. Our crib spindles have smoothly rounded contours for children's safety. The spindles are 24- 3/4" long and 1" in diameter. Tenon diameter is 3/8" . Choose from oak or birch. To comply with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission crib regulations, spindles for cribs should be no more than 2-3/8" apart to prevent entrapment.
