Aluminum oxide grinding wheels are a giant step above conventional cutting wheels, which tend to burn tools as the grinding surface becomes dull and glazed. - Ideal for chisels and plane irons.
- Made of granulated aluminum oxide with a vitrified white bond, which allows the grains of abrasive to wear off, providing a consistently fresh grinding surface.
- 6" dia. wheels have 3/4" width and 1/2" dia. arbor hole.
- 8" dia. wheels have 1" width and 1" dia. arbor hole; includes reducer bushing to fit 3/4" and 5/8" shafts.
- Recommended for maximum 4140 RPM.
- Dressing stone stick is 10" long with handle. Made from Crystolon.
