Octagonal shaped boxwood handles. Blades are fully hardened and tempered edges are diamond hones and lapped. Safety guards to protect cutting edges are included. Bevel edged blades are honed to a 20" bevel. Double hoped in solid brass adds extra strength to handles. Sizes are marked on the handle for instant selection. Handle has a leather washer. Individual hardness tested. Solid 3/8" x 2" tang provides great strength and ultimate securement. Handle is 5-3/8" long.
